The presence of a location, product or advertising format on the Website does not constitute an offer and does not guarantee its availability for any particular campaign period.
Any advertising booking, campaign or service arrangement is subject to direct communication, confirmation and a separate written agreement between you and the Company. Those separate terms — and not the Website — will govern the commercial relationship.
